The stuff was friendly attentive, the room was extraordinary and appropriate, the view was picturesque. Pretty decent breakfast, excellent service.

It was a really great stay, beautiful place. I greatly enjoyed the in-house restaurant. All in all everything was wonderful, though I had quite small bathroom.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were horrible.

Would definitely recommend this place and would come here again. I appreciated location and staff of this hotel. Location: the venue was very close to the train station and Gornergrat. The rooms with tea/coffee and big balcony and nice view.

We had comfort room with beautiful view, big balcony, a terrific buffet breakfast. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Zermama Bistro that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Rooms were normal double, staff was terrific, breakfast was sumptuous! Facilities were great too. Booked it for 6 days and had a lovely experience.

Comfortable beds in the rooms. The hotel was set within short walking distance to the matterhorn. Breakfast selection was nice. We greatly enjoyed perren from the moment we entered.
